The Performance Fittings 45 Degree Male Elbow (PRF2023) adapts a -8 AN male flare fitting to a 3/8" NPT male pipe thread at a 45° angle, letting hose route around obstructions without a tight, kink-prone bend. Manufactured from durable aluminum and finished in blue anodized coating, this fitting provides a secure, leak-free connection for fuel, oil, or coolant systems.

The 37° AN flare seals metal-to-metal on the hose side with no sealant needed, while the NPT pipe threads require a thread sealant rated for fuel/oil to seal properly. Common applications include connecting a hose end to a fuel pump, carburetor, or block fitting where a straight connection won't clear surrounding components.
