The Performance Fittings Flare Cap (PRF3741) threads onto a -8 AN male flare fitting or hose end to seal it when not connected. Manufactured from aluminum and finished in blue anodized coating, it keeps dirt, moisture, and debris out of an open line during storage, transport, or maintenance.

The 37° flare seals metal-to-metal against the mating fitting, with no separate seal or gasket needed.
